Building Features

Designed by TACT Architecture, this six-storey building subtly interweaves modern grey brick and dark bronze metal, while complementing the natural beauty of The Upper Beach. By designing from the inside out, the architects were able to offer spacious and functional suites that maximize outdoor living space and the beautiful views.

Suite Features

Seven Haus Design brings their modern aesthetic to The Southwood interiors by curating a classic palette of naturally inspired finishes balanced by elegant, urban design features. Living spaces have been enlarged to suit their expansive views, creating versatile, open spaces for entertaining friends and family day to night.

Selection of thoughtfully designed floorplans, ranging from spacious one- to three-bedrooms. Soaring 9 ft. ceilings, hardwood floors throughout and contemporary finishes. The building will be provided with an energy efficient Water Source Heat Pump system.
